فجأة لا استطيع ارسال اى رسالة من الاوتلوك او الاوتلوك اكسبريس

 

و تظهر لى هذه الرسالة

Error message: "Sending reported error (0x800CCC7D): 'Your outgoing SMTP server does not support SSL-secured connections. If SSL-secured connections have worked in the past, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'"

الحل كالاتى :

Clear SSL certificate cache for Outlook and Outlook Express

1. Close the e-mail program, Outlook or Outlook Express.

2. Open the Control Panel and then Internet Options.

3. Go tothe Content tab.

4.Click the Clear SSL State button.

5.Start the e-mail program again.
